Software engineer, full stack and mobile. Tripoli, Libya.
Abdurahman Ibrahem
I ship products end to end: the Flutter apps, the backends behind them, and the pipelines that release them.

A career, as a git log
Every job is a branch, every product a tag. Newest at the top. Expand a commit for what shipped.

-
- Bookkeeping for trucking fleets. Flutter, NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Shorebird over the air updates. Built and released alone.
-
- Libya Pulse: a live map of fuel, working ATMs, open roads and power. Fin-trak: a local-first ledger that imports Libyan bank statements on the device.
-
- White-label guest platform for luxury hotels on mobile and in-room tablets, one codebase shipped to several properties.
- Real-time guest and staff communication: voice and video calls, chat with voice messages, live AI translation.
- Voice control end to end, from on-device wake word to an AI agent that controls the room and places orders.
- Zigbee smart-room layer commissioned across properties: curtains, lights, sensors and door locks from the tablet.
-
- Exposes Apple's Foundation Models framework (iOS 26 and later) to Flutter, so apps can use on-device intelligence privately and offline.
-
- Handed over the team lead role. Still shipping releases and reviewing code for the app suite.
- Jun 2025 Deliver part-time mobile work for Khadamat
- Jun 2025 Part-time mobile developer at Khadamat
-
- Owned code review, architecture and hiring for the mobile team.
- Architected and shipped the full app suite: customer, vendor and driver apps on a shared core, with a release pipeline that pushes updates without store delays.
- A server-driven storefront that lets staff redesign the app from a web admin panel with no release.
-
- A unified payment layer over ten or more local and global providers, including Stripe, Moamalat and LyPay.
- Semantic product search and recommendations with Python, FastAPI, Qdrant and ONNX.
-
- Flutter apps for clients alongside study and later alongside full-time roles. Still open.
-
- C, shell, Python and the fundamentals, in public on GitHub from the first repository.
What is running right now
The products I have shipped, checked live from the edge every half hour. Nothing here is a screenshot.

Selected work
Written as decision records: the context, the calls I made, and what they cost. No line counts.
-
Bookkeeping for trucking fleets, shipped end to end and live on both stores.
Replaces the paper ledger a fleet owner keeps. Log a trip and it settles each driver’s share, advances and payments into one running balance, then exports the month for the accountant.
- Flutter
- NestJS
- Prisma
- PostgreSQL
- Next.js
- Shorebird
-
The full app suite for an e-commerce and delivery company, on one shared core.
Customer, vendor and driver apps on a shared core, a payment layer over ten or more providers, a server-driven storefront staff can redesign without a release, and semantic product search.
- Flutter
- Melos
- Mason
- Shorebird
- React
- TypeScript
-
A Flutter plugin for Apple's on-device Foundation Models.
Gives Flutter apps access to Apple Intelligence features on iOS 26 and later: private, offline, and without a hosted model in the request path.
- Dart
- Swift
- platform channels
- code generation
-
A local-first ledger that reads Libyan bank statements on the device.
Libyan banks expose no public API, so Fin-trak parses their PDF statements on the device and builds a double-entry ledger that never leaves it.
- Vue 3
- TypeScript
- Pinia
- SQLite-WASM
- pdf.js
- React Native
-
A live map of fuel, working ATMs, open roads and power.
Crowd-sourced situational awareness that blends community reports with data pulled from other sources, so coverage holds when submissions are thin.
- Flutter
- Laravel
- PostGIS
- Redis
- WebSockets
-
OneAvant guest platform
White-label guest apps and in-room tablets for luxury hotels.
Real-time guest and staff communication, voice control of the room, and the Zigbee smart-room layer, shipped from one codebase to several hotels. Company work, so described at CV level only.
- Flutter
- Agora
- WebSocket
- SSE
- Zigbee
