Remote, since Feb 2026 - Architected a white-label guest platform for luxury hotels on mobile and in-room tablets from a single Flutter kernel package. Each property’s branding comes from config, with zero code forks. - Real-time guest and staff communication: Agora voice and video, WebSocket and SSE chat, and live AI translation across 10+ languages. - Built voice control end to end in under two weeks: on-device wake word, streamed transcription behind a vendor-agnostic layer, and an AI agent that controls room devices and places orders under per-tenant usage limits and privacy guardrails. - Deployed the Zigbee smart-room layer across three hotel properties, commissioning hundreds of devices (curtains, lights, sensors, door locks) controlled from the in-room tablet over SSE. ### Mataa, e-commerce and delivery. Remote, since Sep 2024 - Feb 2026: Move back to developer, part time. - Handed over the team lead role. Still shipping releases and reviewing code for the app suite. - Jan 2025: Promoted to mobile team lead. - Led a mobile team of two inside a six-person engineering group, owning code review, architecture and hiring. - Architected and shipped the three-app suite (customer, vendor, driver) on a shared Dart core, serving up to 115,000 monthly active users, with 27,600 orders and 12.3M LYD in order value since January 2026. - An over the air release pipeline with Shorebird and Codemagic that raised releases from 1.7 to 3.8 a month, 2.2 times as many in the six weeks after it shipped. - A server-driven storefront that lets staff redesign the app from a web admin panel with no release. - A unified payment layer over 10+ local and global providers, including Stripe, Moamalat, Edfaly and Sadad, behind one interface.
